Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By engaging the services of Muhtashimi Management LLC ("Company"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting to our website or notification to the Client.

2. Services Provided Muhtashimi Management LLC offers tailored consulting services, including but not limited to organizational development, operational efficiency, strategic planning, and financial management. The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal specific to each Client.

3. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the Company to perform the agreed-upon services. The Client is responsible for timely communication and cooperation with the Company to ensure successful project outcomes.

4. Fees and Payment All fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Payments are due as specified in the agreement. The Company reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed-upon schedule.

5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. The Company will not share the Client's information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property All work products, materials, and deliverables created by the Company during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Muhtashimi Management LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability Muhtashimi Management LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided. The Company's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.

8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches any provision of these terms and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of receiving notice. Upon termination, the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Muhtashimi Management LLC is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or the services provided will be resolved through binding arbitration in the Company's headquarters' jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any dispute resolution proceeding will be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

11. Entire Agreement These Terms of Service, along with any associated agreements or proposals, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. Any modifications or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By engaging with Muhtashimi Management LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
